I have also had the same problem as listed above, but when I try to repair it, it tells me to find the Print Artist Craft Studio installation package. How do I find it and fix this problem?

When that window dialog pops out, simply point it to the installation package of Print Artist Craft Studio. It can also be on a CD-ROM as well, because it doesn't matter. The Repair utility requires the MSI file. Unfortunately, it's hard to find it on PC, because the first time you've installed it, the file changed name to something random.
If you have the setup package on your PC, then point the windows and it will continue the repair procedure. There is nothing that can be done without that installation kit.
I already had a project on the Print Artist, but when I click it to open it says "Print Artist Craft Studio 25 has stopped working" then it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" but nothing happens next.

Try to repair the application using Start > Control panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program. Click Remove then instead of uninstalling the application, choose Repair. This should fix problems with application. If the Repair option is not available, backup your content to another location, then completely remove Print Artist from your computer and reinstall it. Repeat the Open procedure and it should work normally.
